Write for Us
SaaSProven publishes clear, practical software comparisons for small businesses, founders and teams. If you have real expertise in a software category and can write something a buyer would find useful, we’d like to hear from you.
What we publish
- Best-software roundups that compare five tools for a specific audience.
- Head-to-head comparisons of two products.
- Alternatives guides for popular tools.
- How-to and buying guides for software categories we cover, such as SEO, marketing, project management, AI tools, hosting, website tools etc.
- Other SaaS-related content, such as industry trends and practical advice on choosing and using software.
Browse our published guides and software categories to see what fits.
What we look for
- Original work. The piece must be written by you, not published elsewhere and not generated and pasted without editing.
- Accurate, checkable facts. Prices, plan limits and features should be taken from the vendor’s official pages, with a link to the source and the date you checked.
- Useful trade-offs. Explain who a tool suits, who should skip it and what it really costs, not just what the vendor says.
- A specific reader. Write for someone making a buying decision, with a clear audience in mind.
- Plain, natural writing. No filler, hype or unsupported superlatives.
What we do not accept
- Promotional posts written to push a single product.
- Content with undisclosed affiliate or financial relationships.
- Unverified claims, invented statistics or fabricated testing and customer experiences.
- Articles that copy or closely paraphrase other sites.
- Topics unrelated to software and the businesses that use it.
Disclosure
If you work for, invest in or earn money from a vendor you mention, tell us in your pitch. We follow the practices described in our editorial methodology and affiliate disclosure, and any relationship that affects an article must be disclosed to readers.
How to pitch us
Send your pitch through our contact page or email saasproven@gmail.com with the subject line “Write for us”. Please include:
- The working title and the keyword or question the article answers.
- A short outline with the sections you plan to cover.
- The tools you plan to include and where you will verify their pricing and features.
- A short bio and links to two or three published samples.
- Any relationship you have with the vendors involved.
What happens next
We read every pitch that follows these guidelines, but we cannot reply to all of them. If your idea fits, we will tell you what we need before you write. We decide what to publish, and we may edit articles for accuracy, clarity and style. Publication is not guaranteed, and compensation, if any, is agreed in writing before work begins.
Thank you for helping us make software decisions easier for our readers.
